At this price it's a decent chair. The major obvious issue is that the lumbar support and headrest are both a little low. If you're not that short (like me) there is an easy no-new-parts mod that will get the headrest a little higher. I would not recommend for people taller than 6' even with the mod but it works well for me.

Excellent and comfortable but trickey pricing

I looked at this chair in a Staples store where it was marked $259. Then I looked again online and found it listed at Staples online for $199. The store matched the online price even though their initial price was essentially a rip off. The chair was easy to assemble and very comfortable. Wekk worth the $199 price.
