This chair is very comfortable. The head rest is difficult to adjust just right if you're a short woman who wears your hair in a bun. That said the height of the chair and the adjustable arm rests are the most comfortable I've found.

I found the chair to be very robust and pretty good to sit on my only complaint being the headrest is far too low. It is fine for my wife (5’6) but digs into my (5’10) shoulders. Overall I’d still recommend for the price.
