Comfortable enough but loses chair height

I've had this chair about a year now and it was fine until a few months ago when it started to lose chair height. I am not a tall person so keep the chair at maximum height it has started to slowly (over the course of a minute or less) lose height on a regular basis. It's awkward in meetings to be slowly sinking and have to readjust.

Good chair but odd headrest

Very comfortable and well made. The headrest though requires you to really (uncomfortably) lean head fwd. It sits an inch in front of the chair back. Rotation didn't help. I saw this on other reviews somewhere too but figured I'd try it. I fixed it with longer screws which result in headrest being an inch further back and as a result even with the chair back.
