This chair has a design flaw where they did not glue the foam piece that provides support on the front of the chair. It constantly pops out and when it does it causes pain after sitting for a couple of hours. Based on reviews this is a common problem and there should be a recall or free replacement that doesn't have this design flaw. It's always "on sale" to sell these things but honestly it's just the normal price and isn't really a sale. Save your money and buy something that's better quality.

I took off the neck brace because there was no position it didn't push forward painfully. Otherwise an ok chair but sit in a sample first

We bought a pair of these chairs 10 years ago. They are used for several hours every day. These chairs are durable and comfortable. Question for Staples: Can I buy new arm rests? The chair has bumped the desk and the arm rest is chipped.

Great ergonomics in a desk chair for my husband!

This desk chair is just the right size for my husband. That’s important when you’re looking for proper ergonomics if you spend a lot of time at your desk which my husband does. His previous chair did not encourage good posture so we went to a local Staples and tried every chair on the floor. This model was the winner—like Goldilocks it’s not too big not too small but just right. Now when I see him at his desk he sits taller and straighter yet comfortably.
