I bought this chair when I started my new job. They had a wonderful chair (mesh back cushion set) but it just didn't hit those spots I needed it to when I used my computer. So I bought this chair because I have a long history with it. I have one at home and I've had them ordered for me at previsous jobs. I had a fusion in my neck and back issues and this chair hits the right spots while using the computer.

Great Chair and Excellent Warranty Service

Purchased the chair in June 2019 and still highly satisfied. It's comfortable very durable and lasting well. Mechanics still working like new and chair surface has not stretched. The padding on the left armrest did crack. Called to inquire about purchasing a new one. Warranty covers that and a new one will be sent at no cost.

I had asked my friends and family for a recommendation for a chair for my bad back while I work from home. 4 people had recommended this one. It sure doesn’t disappoint! It’s perfect for my aching lower back. And the only one with an adjustable head rest!
