Good but one big flaw.

The chair is ergonomic and comfortable. It's easy to put together as well. My only complaint which is a major complaint is that the headrest is entirely too low. I've extended it all the way and it's more of a neck-rest than a headrest. I'm not a huge guy either. I'm 6ft so I'm definitely on the taller side; however in my opinion the headrest being this low is unacceptable.

I like this chair this is a second one I bought. I am giving 4 stars only because the arm rests a wearing fast.
