Foam forming the front edge of the seat failed to stay in place soon after purchase. Initially would push it back into place and it would stay for a while. Progressively has gotten worse and now won't stay in at all - and results in the seat not being shaped correctly and not comfortable! Have spent too much time trying to make it work!

The chair has the ergonomic design and adjustable features I need. I am moving down from a much more expensive product and the Hyken has just teh features I need and no more at a reasonable price.

All parts present & well organized. Packaging protected parts well. A lot of packaging- maybe too much? The instructions were excellent. Took longer to put together than I’d expected- the included wrench needed steady attention for example- but no problems and good result. The chair is rated for upwards of 200pds but the seat is mesh and I’m cautious of breakage. So will be getting a seat cover. And I’m on the lighter side! Rolls well and adjusts nicely in all four directions.

The chair in the office works really well for me. I can sit on it whole day without feeling pain on my back. I want to find a chair for working at home with the same comfort as my office chair. Unfortunately the chair in the office costs around $1500. That is too much for me. I read a review online saying this chair is as good as the one in office. I bought it when it was on sale for $169. I’m very happy with this chair so far. Sometimes I feel it is better than my office chair.

This is my 2nd purchase of this chair. I managed an at home team and told them all to buy one if they want comfort sitting all day. It has a headrest reclines swivels fits larger bodies moves up and down is balanced ergomomic cheap and has a back support.

It's quite nice more compact than my old one which is nice as it gives me more space. The back could be a little more comfortable. It "bulges" in the wrong spots. I should have gone into the store before I ordered it.
