hydraulics poor

Was very happy with the chair but after a year of occasional use the hydraulics don't hold. Chair slowly lowers itself to its lowest setting.

I have back & hip issues and this chair is amazing! Adjustable headrest height & back which allows me to lean back & rock to take the pressure off and provide relief! The mesh is breathable so doesn’t get too warm. Love it!

Like the all mesh seat back headrest for cool comfort & extended sitting. Somewhat stiff if wanting that kind of support. Adjustment knobs are not the best or easiest to use as compared to other chairs.
