This checked all the boxes for what I was looking for: all mesh so I don’t get hot even when sitting in it all day has a headrest and is able to lean back. It’s very comfortable. I actually fell asleep in it (leaned back position) and did not wake up with a crick in my neck. Assembly was straightforward and it came with only tool needed.

Was easy to assembly (took about 20 minutes) and so far is comfortable and everything works as it should. My wife needed a chair with a shallower seat as our other executive type chair was too deep for her at 5'-2". This one fits her much better. Hopefully it holds up for years to come!

Summary: Excellent ergonomic office chair at a value price. The Red/Maroon model looks nice and stylish. Relatively easy to assemble much easier with two people to hold and stabilize while assembling the heavier parts of the chair but does not require special tools. Comfortable and adjustable for ergonomic support - only thing I couldn't figure out was how to rotate the arms. The lumbar support doesn't lock easily in place but still supports the back well.
