BE WARNED! Bad seat configuration, bad purchase

Really bad seat configuration. Not a natural seating position. Not comfortable at all. The seat itself is in permanent reclined position, the back is also a bit reclined. Back hurts when trying to work. Can't return it since it has been over 15 days. The lumbar support protrudes in a way that stabs your lower back. $250 down thedrain.

I bought the XL because I have a Helen Pro and I like it, but the lumbar support does not go up high enough to support my lumbar properly. The XL is very large and well built. I’m 6ft-4in tall and between 260 and 280lbs. I sit in the chair on its lowest setting and it makes me feel like a small child. Unfortunately the lumbar support does not stay in position. It travels downward throughout the day. What a shame.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This chair includes easy to understand instruction making assembly easy. Done in about 20 minutes. Chair is comfortable and adjustable. The head rest only utilized two screws and easy to remove if not a fan.

Great but lock is poor

I love everything about this chair, EXCEPT that the recline locking mechanism does not stay locked in position. I can set it at the angle i like, but it quickly releases once i am not putting pressure on the back of the chair. So every time i resituate in the chair i have to re-lock it. Not gonna lie... kind of a pain in the butt...

For its price, the chair is very sturdy and comes with great customization options, and the cushion is quite nice (as opposed to mesh). The only critiques are that:
- The armrests can swivel left and right without any locking mechanism. This is rarely an actual issue, but it can be a little annoying when I accidentally knock them into different positions.
- The headrest cannot be easily removed or moved out of the way, requiring the usage of the provided Allen wrench to uninstall. Understandable, as it would most likely break after regular use if it could be easily snapped on and off, but still unfortunate when you want to fully recline.
- It can be a little tricky to get the lumbar support positioned just right, especially if you're on the shorter side.
Overall, a great purchase, and one I can wholeheartedly recommend for anyone looking for a solid chair.
