Love this chair

It is super comfortable I love the head/neck support. I haven't needed to adjust the settings much but what I had to do was easy. Putting it together was a bit challenging several of the screws would get stuck about halfway. After taking them out and restarting I had the same issue but I was able to finish them with a drill. Other than that very easy to put together.

This is a comfortable chair. I was able to put it together myself but the main part was heavy. Great support for lower back and it has adjustable tilt.

The FlexFit Hyken Mesh Task Chair is better than I expected. It's very well built and sturdy. The chair supports my back and I have no problem sitting in the chair for my 8 hour workday!!!

Very pleased with the size of the chair where it fits perfectly under the desk. Has such a comfortable cool and cozy feel to our bodies. We’re very pleased and satisfied.

Good chair comfortable but the hydraulics are cheap. Have two of these chairs in my household and both of them had had the hydraulics fail within a year of purchase.. People using them are under 200 lbs so its not weight related.. for the price would not recommend the chair.

So far so good

Staples shtups you to leave a review after using your product only a week (instead of say 3 months) but so far so good. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that I don't really know how well this chair will do in the long run. I do have the tiniest of inconveniences. The chair is not very comfortable for folding one leg up under your thigh. I'm guessing this will affect most people not-at-all
