Started breaking within 6 months fully broke in 9

Yes I use my chair a lot and I tend to replace them every 12-18 months as a result but this chair was poorly made and it started pulling apart from the frame early had issues with the headrest then started losing seat height randomly and finally snapped its frame one morning when I leaned back and stretched. In years of replacing office chairs this takes the cake as the biggest waste of money.

Simply the best chair on the market

You will not get a better bang for your buck than with this chair. It is almost flawless in every aspect of design and use. One exception is the wheels - but fear not a $20 set of rubber replacement wheels from a website that was once an online bookstore and this char becomes perfect. 9/10 with stock wheels 10/10 with replacement wheels.

Does not last long. Chair is dropping slowly now!

I bought this chair in 2020. It started out great but then the foam armrest broke off the first year. Last year it started to slowly dip when seated. This is the worst as you have to constantly raise it back up! I have to sit a specific way to prevent it from dipping which is not good for my back. I have other chairs that are still holding up. Rollers on the wheel are thinner so it will not work as well on thin carpet.

My wife had this chair for 2 years and I thought it was a decent design so I bought one too. Alas it's a bit too small. The head rest is very uncomfortable so I removed it. After 3 weeks of daily use the frame for the back of the chair broke. (see photos) Not surprising. It's made of plastic. Looking for another chair now.
