SO UNCOMFORTABLE

I got this desk chair because my old chair would lose compression and drop. I've had this chair a week and have found it to be the most uncomfortable desk chair I've ever bought. I've tried adjusting it all different ways. It has done nothing but give me a back ache. The seat part of it angles back, making the front of the seat cut into the backs of your legs. No adjustment fixes that. Disappointed.....

I bought this chair because it says it is ergonomic, but it doesn't feel like it is. I cannot get enough lumbar support from the included support bar and I also cannot get a lumbar cushion to stay on the chair. I also cannot get the chair to stay in one position but also have some flexibility in movement. In other words, the tilt tension adjustment knob doesn't appear to do anything at all.I am 5 feet, 8 inches tall and the headrest hits between my shoulders even when pulled up as far as it will go. The chair is an excellent value and appears well made, but I am disappointed in the ergonomic features it claims - just ask my sore lower back at the end of each work day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Being 6'3" tall and 210 Lbs, I have trouble finding chairs that fit "just-tall guy". Like with clothing, very few sellers offer just-tall. Don't get me wrong, this is definitely a big and tall chair. However, it is fully adjustable so it doesn't feel like I am swimming in it. This also allows me to get closer to my desk because I can lower the arms below the desk. This helps my posture. While I miss my old executive big and tall chair, I do like the adjustable lumbar support on this one. Great chair. Very sturdy. Would recommend.
