The reviews are true. The wired rundown was accurate. This is a $200 chair trying to do features of a $1200 for $200. It will hold you up and keep you comfortable hours. The ONE issue it can improve the casters or wheels. They tend to be on the short side and seem to have a lot of resistance. The solution? Grab some inline type casters and you're good to go.
I bought this chair a year and a half ago and it looks and works as though it's brand new. It shows zero wear and it moves perfectly. I sit in it off and on for 8 hours a day 7 days a week. I have a really bad back and this chair is a God send. I love all of the pivot points and support. I alternate between resting my feet on a shelf and leaning back in the chair and sitting up straight with my feet on the ground. For reference I'm 5'7" and slender. It sounds like some of the taller guys don't find the chair to be as comfortable as I do. I have never found a more perfect chair. Should this chair ever break I will buy another one.
Broke headrest while assembling and chair company is sending a new one. Chair seems pretty good so far. I wish the headrest adjusted more since I really don't sit back far enough to use it. Otherwise decent chair.
I'm 6'2" and the headrest digs into my shoulder blades unless I slouch. Otherwise it is a comfortable chair. I'll have to 3D print an extension to extend the headrest this otherwise great chair.
