The seet looked great and was reasonably priced. I found out why. Cheaply made product. Bolt heads rounded out thin plastic broke thread on one nut striped out. Sorry but I will not be buying this product again.

The chair is narrow the seat is short in length and the headrest hits the middle of my shoulders on the highest setting. I'm only 6' so this is best suited for people less than 5'6".

This chair offers welcome support for your back and neck. It looks good too. Assembly can actually be done using only the included Allen key but the 3 screws that attach the legs to the bottom will be painful. Use your drill or electric screwdriver if you have one. If not here's a reason to get one.
