Assembly found a design flaw: screw holes for headrest were impaired by the hard plastic casing. Can't get the scews into the screw receptacle. Chair is fine especially the adjustable armrests. I would recommend.

I had a not bad office chair before and work in an office 10hr days. With a herniated spinal disk and dislocated rib a good chair goes a long way. The neck support is really nice and adjustable but if you are much taller than 5’11 it is not tall enough. Same with the lumbar support. I am 5’7 and it hits perfectly. The arms are adjustable slightly as well making it work with all kinds if desks and heights. The first day my back hurt more adjusting but then day aftter it was as if it was never there! Had it three weeks and totally recommend it.
