Great chair. I wanted a mesh chair because I would stick to my last chair and ended up putting a towel over it. This chair is sturdy well constructed.

Headrest sticks out

This is the second one of these chairs I have purchased. I purchased the first one 9 years ago and wore it out. It is still usable but the cylinder will lower at random times. I work from home and average between 40 and 50 hours per week. It’sa good chair.

I purchased this chair to replace a Union and scale Dexley mesh chair. The Dexley mesh was good but the base cracked after 2.5 years. The company agreed to replace the part it is on backorder. That said it is on order and I purchased a new chair and am quite happy. I will use the repaired chair as a backup. Union and scale will support you on parts for 7 years. No need to buy the extended Asurion warranty. IMO

Very comfortable

These chairs are so comfortable! They're very adjustable. I am 4'10" and my husband is 5'11" and these chairs for both of us perfectly. The lumbar support is adjustable and firm. The head support sits in a way that feels natural. The mesh feels firm and sturdy. The only thing I'd change would be to make the arms pivot diagonal or move in and out. Great chair!

This is a very oddly shaped chair. If you sit back in it the seat itself pushes against your thighs unless you have thin thighs or such a massive butt it sets your legs higher than the hump. The head rest is very uncomfortable it seems nearly impossible to get into a good position since it can only rotate. The maroon mesh looks great but is a bit rough if you generally sit with skin exposed to parts of the chair you're probably not gonna like it. The silver for the legs is kinda bad looking but it's sturdy. The wheels are the same wheels you get on most office chairs. Hopefully they won't clog up with long hair. The lumbar support is pretty nice? But again I can't comfortably sit back far enough to actually use it. I didn't even put the arms on (I never put them on computer chairs) so no comment on those. TL;DR: Made for a very specifically shaped person try it out before buying if you can. Still considering returning mine.

I like the chair. My chair came in a box. The instructions are very easy to follow. Everything is color coded. Just follow the pictures. So simple not much to it. Wish I had made this purchase sooner. The chair features allow me to relax my neck and back.
