Good except for headrest

The chair is very good for the price. The only problem I have with it is its headrest. The headrest is too 'low' in the sense that if you have the chair in the upright position and you sit up straight it's edges dig into your shoulder blades and trapezius muscles which will become extremely uncomfortable after prolonged periods of time. I'm not a tall guy only being 5'8'' so I imagine many people will have this issue. Despite this issue I still give the chair 4 stars as every other part of the chair is very comfortable and the headrest can be removed. Although being charged for a poorly designed portion of the product makes me :(

Ok Chair bought on sale but would not buy it at a regular price Highly attractive thou .if you suffer from back disconfort this chair might not me for you even thou it has Lumbar support but the upper back of the chair its just mesh and more than probably you will sink in to it adding to some back disconfort that's just me but my family member enjoy it alot .i had it for 2 weeks and its squeekin hmm.

Very good but skip the headrest

So far so good. The headrest portion however should just be skipped (I suppose some people might fit it but the position's in such an odd place it would be a small number). If it could be repositioned for different heights and angles it would be worthwhile.

Comfortable Ergonomic Chair

Very pleased to find a chair in this price range which is sturdy comfortable and supports my posture. I like to sit up straight and in this chair I can sit upright for at least a 4-hour stretch without feeling discomfort or having my butt fall asleep. At the same time it doesn't lock me into the upright position I can set the resistance to just a little so I can lean back when I want (I hate leaning back and feeling like I'm going to fall over -- that's not a problem in this chair). I think in the store you might think it looks too plastic or not be sure how quality the construction is; I can tell you that once we had it built and in the office it looks great from front and back. The pieces fit together without weird gaps and the plastic bits don't have any nasty scuffs from manufacture. Overall delighted and relieved to have found a great chair for a reasonable price.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised by this chair as I had always had high back leather chairs in my office. This chair was purchased to replace another higher priced national brand chair that was only 3 months old but very uncomfortable. I could not be happier with the support and breathatbility of the mesh seat and back. The extra lumbar support is much welcomed there are plenty of adjustments to fit any body size and shape it rolls smoothly & the back tilts if you want sit back & relax! BRAVO!

Very easy to assemble Great Value for the cost compared to the High End chairs. Very Comfortable to sit in for hours at a time.
