Staples Hyken Chair Review Good & Bad

I am happy with the Hyken office chair that I purchased from Staples. It is comfortable and has good ergo features that are easily adjustable. The down side of the chair was in the assembly. the instructions were ok but there was a workmanship defect that added a couple hours to the assembly. When the back was molded plastic got in the nuts that are molded into it. I had to chase the threads with a tool to clean out the threads before the bolts would start. came close to returning the chair due to this problem. Manufacturer is aware of this problem because you could see where they had cleaned out some of the plastic around the holes. they need to actually clean the threads out to remove the problem.

Getting Comfortable

I love my new chair it is so comfortable to sit in I no longer have tense muscles in my back or my neck. No more strain to sit at my computer I can play games and not have to be in any pain after a couple of hours. I actual sit closer to my screen and dont have to worry about being huntched over any more trying to read screen . I like the mesh seat and back it so much cooler to sit in no more sweaty legs. The head rest is really awesome I love it the fit is perfect for me I have short legs and tall from waist up the head rest is what really makes this chair so nice to sit in . You will love it !!!!

Love this chair

I have back and neck issues and am always looking for a better solution for my office chair. I have only had this chair in my office for 24 hours but I absolutely love it! It has to be the most comfortable chair I have ever had with still providing great support. I would highly recommend it.

Great Chair

I love this new office chair that we bought at Staples. I did not put the headrest on the chair. The lumbar support is great and I love all the ways the chair can be adjusted. The mesh fabric makes the chair cooler also. Overall this is a great chair and I am very happy with the purchase. I also go it on sale and that made it even better!!!

I really like that there's no cushion to wear out. I also really like the headrest. I had to take the arm rests off due to my desk setup but overall I really like this chair.
