Very Good Ergonomic chair
on May 19, 2014

Simply put: this ergonomic chair feels and function great. I like how it forms to my back correcting my posture as I sit down at the computer. I no longer find myself slouching at my desk and when I get up my upper shoulders don't hurt or feel tense. The arm rest adjust to my arm height comfortable and the headrest also conforms nicely to the curve of my neck. At first I didn't think I would care to much for a mesh type chair because I was so used to a leather back executive style chair but I am happy that I did purchase this chair.

Chair arrived with a broken part. Customer service was no help. Will never order from staples again. Buyer beware.

The chair is very comfortable although I wish the back tilt had an infinite adjustment rather than set notches. The head rest portion is a joke which I left off.

A really great chair!
on May 19, 2014

I have been using this chair for about a month and have really enjoyed it. It is very comfortable and has multiple ways to get an individual fit including precise lumbar support. The mesh fabric is really nice and I appreciate being able to move the arm rests up and down. I elected not to use the headrest but if you spend any time reclining in the chair the headrest would ensure a comfortable position. I would recommend this chair to anyone who is interested in a very comfortable chair at a great price!

Cinch to install and very comfortable
on May 15, 2014

Firstly I got the delivery very fast which by itself earns a brownie point. When I opened the package I must admit I seemed a bit concerned about assembling it. However the manual had easy-to-follow clearly-labelled steps that actually worked as it was supposed to. Identifying the parts was easy thanks to the pictures and clear labeling; the tool provided meant that I could install without getting my own tools. The whole process took around 45 minutes. Importantly for a chair that I bought without testing at a store I am very pleased with the fact that the online description matched the actual product closely. Heartily recommend this to anyone who is looking for a sturdy comfortable chair.

Fantastic chair!!

This is the best chair I've ever had! Very comfortable nice rocker tilt too. Best part is it's just as good 1 year later as it was on day one!! The mesh is so comfortable - as good as a very nice padded seat but never loses it like a padded seat does. At first a padded seat feels so nice and then the padding packs down in a relatively short time. This is the answer! I love it and there are very few chairs I like. Especially if you get it at the $129 sale price...cannot beat it. Nothing even comes close at this price!! I'd love to get another one for my other room. Get it!!

Best chair ever and a great sale

The Hyken Technical Mesh Task chair had greatly improved my comfort at work and this was critical as I am currently suffering from severe hip arthritis. The back support and seat design has improved my day considerably. My office is small and I am very short so overall size was a huge factor. The Hyken chair was one of the few that could adjust to a size where the arms would fit under both my desk and the keyboard shelve on my computer station. I would recommend this chair to anyone who has to sit more than five hours a day and particularly for a person with lower back or hip pain.
