The instructions. We're easy to follow for assembly. I've found the Chair very comfortable .so did my Wife. Delivery was to my house and came right on time.

First of all Staples has a wonderful system for chair assembly with parts in separate packs and each pack lableed for what step it is used in. When attaching the back to the base an extra set of hands would be nice but I did it wihtout them so you can as well. The lumbar support is very effective and the head suport is very good. Overall very comfortable and supportive. One improvement would be to make the rocking resistance a little stronger. Otherwise I would change nothing. Good design job.

Great Value Good comfort.

I work from home so I spend a lot of time using this every day. While this chair is not as ergonomic and comfortable as the $1000 Herman Miller chair I had at my old office location this a great value and I feel far less fatigued than in the cheaper Stapes chair I had prior to this one at home.

No more backaches

This is the fifth chair purchased looking for one that will allow me to sew an extended period of time without paying in backaches. These chairs have ranged from the least to very expensive. This one fills the bill nicely.

I purchased the Hyken chair on a whim after seeing it on sale for 139. My previous chair was giving me problems and I thought I should go for an ergonomic chair. BUILD Building it wasn't too much of a hassle. However some of the nails did have paint on it so it was near impossible to screw in all the way. This is true for the arm pieces and 1 (of 4) for securing the bottom adjustment plate to the seat. Head Rest I'm 5'7 but I'm more torso than legs and the headrest was just jamming into my neck. I have taken it off but the head rest was just not doing it for me. If only it were adjustable. Reading from some of the other reviews here the headrest is really hit or miss. Back support My back is fully supported and my posture is much better now than compared to my previous chair. I work from home and sit at my desk all day and I don't get uncomfortable sitting in this chair for over 6+ hours a day. ( I weigh 175 for your reference) Overall I think this chair is a good deal if you can get it for under 140. If you're looking to spend more maybe look into a Tempur Pedic
