I like this chair. Very nice structure of the chair is back support. I wish the handles could have moved out little bit. I am really happy with overall chair. Great product for the price.

Missing parts

Chair was delivered in a rag tag beat up box. Casters were missing. Called in to the number on the instructions. Been over a week still no casters delivered. Very disappointed in the product and customer service. To have shipped a box that was clearly damaged and had already been opened is inexcusable. I will order anything for delivery from staples again

Great but the headrest could be better.

I like all the things about the chair though sometimes it would be nice if the headrest were higher up. I could remove it if I wanted but I like it being there. The headrest swivels up sort of but it's not quite how I want it to. The armrests are small and not unnecessarily curved around like the chair I previously had which is what I wanted and the meshness is great. Assembly was easier than I was expecting. In general it is a functional chair more than it is a pretty chair which is the aesthetic I wanted.

For a person who spends most of his waking hours at his desk for work or leisure computer time this chair works great! The mesh prevents the temperature issue with prolonged sitting making for a more positive experience. I would recommend this chair for the gamer or worker in your life.

Exceptional for price point

I recently purchased this chair after using a padded chair that must have been at least 8 years old. I was sitting on a folded up hoodie and my back was killing me within minutes of sitting. I saw this chair while browsing through the store ($129.00). I sat in it and the Raynor ($549.00) brand and have to say I liked the initial feel of the Hyken better! I went online and the price online was for 109.99! The next day I got a $30 off a $60 order...I ordered this Chair online for $79.99! It was delivered 2 days later (for free!). Assembly was simple. Everything was packaged by step and super easy to assemble. It took me about 20 min. I left the arms off of the chair since my disk is a higher desk and the arms would not fit (I sit on the chair at it's highest level). The difference is immediate. I feel more alert and my lower back pain is virtually gone (I JUST got the chair and have been sitting in the old one already for over 6 hours today). I can see where a taller person would have issues with the head rest...it does not adjust up or down but for my height (5'4") it is nearly perfect. Actually would be ideal for someone with a slightly longer torso. If I were just a few inches taller the head rest would cradle my neck perfectly in the arch. Getting this chair for $79.99 was a steal and a great investment. I am actually thinking about staying late at the office just to sit in it longer!

the price is great on sale for $109.95 assembly very easy just follow the steps. arm pads are hard formed foam a little bit hard for my taste. it was in stock so no waiting I tried all the chairs there and many seamed like the seat foam would go flat fast so this mesh should at least not change in this aspect. if I had any real complaint it would be that the head rest hits my shoulder when setting up straight and I have to work my body under them to bring it up not a big deal for me. being in a chair all day doing computer at work then coming home to use this chair for 2-4 more hours a night I have to be choosy this is great for sitting upright for good posture just make sure you adjust all the settings.

Good Chair!!

Love this chair. It is comfortable and molds to your body. It is also cool in the hot weather because of the netted style. The arms are adjustable-up & down. So if you prefer you can have them at different heights. It has a lumbar support that has a small amount of adjustability. The chair seems well made and was easy to put together. It is heavy and slides well on floors. The only bad thing I can say is that the head rest is not adjustable it is fine for me but my husband is taller then me and finds it uncomfortable because it is too short for him. However I ordered it online after checking it out at the store and it was delievered in a box too small for the parts and it had burst open but fortunately the chair was not damaged.
