Hyken Tech Task Chair NOT up to the task

This chair was to replace an 8yr old office chair whose wheel housing had snapped due to rolling over a 1/4" threshold with the wheel not rolling Since I am currently not able to walk during post surgery I needed a chair to get around in my small home with tight corners.that I could also depend on to place my knee to stand up to reach stuff. This chair seemed to fit the bill HOWEVER after only three days of use the hydralic lift started to fail to maintain its full extenstion with me in iit and after a week it loses altitude over night even with no one sitting in it

I am very pleased with this chair. It is very comfortable. Even if the weather is hot I don't feel uncomfortable sitting in it at my for an hour or more writing working with the computer or just simply reading. That's the chair for e.

Honesly I ordered this chair a few weeks ago and finally made myself take time to put it together. It really didn't take that long so I should have done it sooner. It seems small once put together but works so well! The arm rests are exactly where I need them. It has a great lumbar support. And best of all this comfort comes in a small package. I can move the furniture around a bit in my small office since this new chair takes up so much less room than my previous manager chair. I like that it is smaller and more comfortable than my more expensive previous chair!

The most comfortable office chair

I tested out several chairs in the store because I was hunting for a chair for myself and my direct report. We were wanting matching chairs to keep the office cohesive but we are not the same height so the choice had to be versatile and comforatble for both of us. I settle on the Hyken chair because even though it was not the most expensive chair it seemed to be the best quality. The options to adjust the height lumbar support attach the arms or not and attach the head rest or not have come in handy and have worked wonderfully for each of us to be the most comfortable.

Where I work we have chairs simular to this one. I wanted a chair just like the one I used at work but without the multi hundred dollar price. Lucky me this was on sale. I took me more time trying to decide when i would put the chair together than it did to actually do it. Got it put together in a half hour while watching tv. And wow. This chair looks sweet. Its strong for a heavy person and has a sleek design that makes you stop and look at it. I mean really . . . you will stop and look at this sharp smooth design when you put it together. I can easily sit tall or low. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to sit and be on the pc and or watch tv for long periods of time. Oh and i started not to put on the head rest. Put that head rest on and lean back. It feels good. And if you want more room in the chair you can remove the arms easily. Try it with them and without it. The arms are designed to be an option. I kept mine but its nice to know i can easily remove them without changing the chairs structure. Highly recommended sturdy strong and comfortable chair.

Mesh Tash Chair Comfort

The Mesh chair gives great support to the neck and back. Perfect. The problem is that the mesh is not the best support for the buttocks. After sitting for a few hours the seat becomes uncomfortable. Rising from the chair after a few hours stiffness in the buttocks. This is one of the best chairs for the lower back and I just really love the ability to rock back. Comfortable distance of backward lean. Then to have the gentle support to the neck is an added bonus. Being able to adjust the arms and height is also a plus. Great chair if the seat were padded it would be perfect!

I've Got Two

I purchased this chair in store about 10 weeks ago. After spending a week with a sore neck I tried many chairs to find the perfect one to sit in at a desk for 9 hours a day 5-6 days per week. This chair was by far the most comfortable and my neck issues cleared up in just a few days after beginning to use it. Fast forward several weeks and my husband suffered a rotator cuff injury (yup we are over 50 weekend warriors with an at-home office!). He began using MY chair to be able to work for any length of time. This required another trip to Staples to purchase a second chair. Now we are both happy and comfortable. This chair is easy to position to the correct desk height it rolls easily on a mat and wood floor. I find the lumbar support to be especially helpful. This chair works with two very different body types--I am female approx 210 pounds and 5'6" tall my husband male is 5'8" and weighs 135 soaking wet on a good day. We are both very happy with this purchase.
