Pain pain pain!!!

I loved this chair. It was so comfortable the way it hugged my body but after a few days I developed severe sciatica to the point that I could hardly walk. I returned the chair for a refund. I was so disappointed because the chair was so comfortable.

Best Lumbar Support

Most office chairs don't offer back support unless you're actually sitting far back in the chair and none of us work at our desk sitting in that position. When you're sitting at a desk you want the back of the chair to offer some sort of lumbar support. This chair does just that. We tried the chair on display at the store and we purchased two of them on the spot...along with Staples Protection Plan 3-year coverage. The chair is lightweight has a mesh weave that allows air to circulate rather than retaining body heat the way leather chairs do. The chair also is not as big and bulky as other Executive-type chairs but still has the appearance (and comfort) of an Executive-type chair. The headrest is adjustable and you have the option of leaving it in place or removing it. The lumbar support and tension are of course adjustable. We highly recommend this chair.

Great price for a mesh-back chair

I already had a nice Sealy model 9619S chair and bought the Hyken chair as a second one to use when my wife and I are Skyping with our grandchildren. At $130 it's a great price for a mesh-back chair assembled easily and is quite comfortable if you're just sitting there. However it's hard to adjust the tension up high enough on the seatback to suit me so when I lean back I tend to go all the way back to the stops. Also you can't adjust the headrest height you can only change its tilt to try and accomodate users of different body sizes. On the other hand my Sealy doesn't have a headrest so I guess I can just remove it if it bugs me (or my wife) too much. All in all a good buy and I'm satisfied.

New Office Chair

I needed to replace an older chair that I have had for about 10 years. I purchased a Task Chair @ Staples and put it together without any trouble. It is the most comfortable chair I have ever had at home as I spend a good part of the day in it working on my computer. It has been very comfortable and has helped my back and neck (It has a head rest as well as a sturdy back). It is smaller and fits in my overcrowded computer room taking up less space. This chair was very reasonably priced and is all of what I wanted in a better chair for the money. Thanks Staples! This has been a very rewarding purchase!

This is the best "work" chair. It comforts supports and moves in all the right ways. Adjustments are easy to use. I look forward to sitting in this chair and look for the opportunity to do so. I am thrilled to have this chair in my home office and eliminate the old frumpy chair with a frozen position that tipped me forward. I was excited that Staples put this quality model chair on sale as I had put it on my wish list but was reluctant to spend the money. It was a good choice. I only wish I'd had it sooner than later.

I like this chair. Very nice structure of the chair is back support. I wish the handles could have moved out little bit. I am really happy with overall chair. Great product for the price.
