So comfortable!

We bought this chair for our office and love it! It looks nice and is very comfortable. The back is mesh and airy with perfect lumbar support. It adjusts for seat height and distance from back. It moves around on casters easily and tilts back when you want to think about your work. The head rest felt like it pushed my head forward so I removed it. It may work for a taller person. This chair happened to be on sale when I bought it so it ended up being a really good value. I would highly recommend this product!
The Hyken chair is a solid chair. I bought this chair because it has lots of great features for the price. The nicest feature is the reclining back where it allows you to lock it in position similar to the front seats in a car. This allows one to lay back and relax a bit. The head rest on this chair a plus. No more neck pain when you just something to support the head while sitting upright. I also like the mesh backing and seat. Overall this chair is very comfortable and well built. I would definitely recommend this chair to others. I will buy a second chair to replace the current office chair.
I recently purchased this chair as my previous chair was oversized. I really like it and have had fewer backaches after spending the work day sitting at my desk.
The home delivery took 4 working days which was not bad. The box was very large heavy and it did not come with handles. Inside there were 11-parts ready to be assembled. The heaviest parts were seat plate and gas lift. The instruction booklet was easy to follow (plenty of black & white illustrations). To assemble this chair took about 30-minutes for one person. For me the most difficult part was attaching seat plate. Two out of four screw grooving holes were not properly drilled down from the factory thus extra strength was required to tighten them. First impressions: Lumbar support adjustment arm & seat height were adequate and recline worked smoothly and quietly. But do not expect arm height to pivot inward to use the keyboard or outward to use the mouse (you would know if you have sat on one of those Herman Miller ® Loaded Aeron® Chairs). Were you looking for tension control? Do not bother - a mechanical feature is not available for this chair. Also the seat depth to support your thigh is not available either. Expect to hear squeak noises on-and-off. Since this ergonomic chair was made of decent quality durable materials (mostly flimsy plastics) 5-year limited warranty is good to have. Made in China.
This chair is so comfortable I'm tempted to use it elsewhere in the house. Although we got off to a bumpy start all is well now. The first chair I bought was put together overnight. When I got it home it would not elevate. OK call the store manager and made arrangements for chair #2. Second chair was the floor model and had some stripped threads when I got home so the back didn't stay in the correct position. OK - call the store manager who said come for another new one. This one we both tried out in the store. So happy to say I've had it a few days now and just wish I had gotten it sooner. Store manager Tonya was outstanding in her customer service....guess that's why I shop there whenever possible. Thank you Tonya and staff and thank you Hyken for a wonderful chair design!
This chair is great. Staples assembled it same day I purchased and it was ready for pick up. I love the various tweak-able features. The head rest provides great cervical support and the adjustable support is sweet too. I adjust it as my body requires to remain productive. Another great feature is the breathable mesh fabric no more getting up and down just to cool off during the day. Overall a really wonderful product. I have full intentions to purchase another two for my home office as well!
This chair was to replace an 8yr old office chair whose wheel housing had snapped due to rolling over a 1/4" threshold with the wheel not rolling Since I am currently not able to walk during post surgery I needed a chair to get around in my small home with tight corners.that I could also depend on to place my knee to stand up to reach stuff. This chair seemed to fit the bill HOWEVER after only three days of use the hydralic lift started to fail to maintain its full extenstion with me in iit and after a week it loses altitude over night even with no one sitting in it
