Had spinal surgery last year and needed an ergonomic office chair. I thought I would have to pay a lot of money ANGELA go for one with the three paddles for adjustment - wrong! I sampled several chairs in the store including a three paddle and settled on this. It reminded me of sitting in a bucket seat of a 1964 sting ray. Have used it for a week and all is well. I suggest you go to the store and try them on and I bet you like this one best!
Assembly took approximately 20 minutes and with the easy to follow pictographs and few words is concise and easy to follow. I found the allen wrench long enough to use and didn't tax my fine motor skills too much. This allowed for low frustration level and a vocabulary void of colorful language and rebuttals by other family members to avoid such language around little ones.
I've had this chair for about 1 week and so far I like it. I tried the mesh style because I was tired of having the cushion on my chair seats wearing out. I'm hoping the mesh seat will retain its 'springy' support longer than a typical cushion. I like how smoothly the chair rolls and I really like the lumbar support on this chair as well. The only complaint I have is that the chair seat is not quite deep enough.
Easy to assemble (even with an Allen Key) comfortable and ergonomic (love the lumbar support) and bought it 50% off. Head rest and ability to recline works well if you want to relax and watch a movie at your desk. Nothing's perfect so I can't give this 5-stars.
For the price it is not a bad chair. I am 6' 3" and the chair is a little small for me. I had to take the head rest off as it was digging into my shoulders. The seat could be longer as well as the height adjuster to give my legs more support.
