This Staples Hyken Product is a very well put together chair! It was easy to assemble and has many comfort adjustments. It is also a very light weight chair that fits nicely at an office desk. The Chair is well constructed and is priced competitively to other types of Office Furniture Chairs. What I like about it is that it is not an over-sized "Clunky Chair" that takes up office space and limited support features for your back and arms. I would highly recommend this chair for anyone that is looking to upgrade their existing Office Chair.

The 2 people who kept the chairs liked them. The 3 others in the office who tried them felt the mesh seat was not comfortable and there were not enough individual adjustments to make the chair fit them better.

Chair teams up- poorly made

Chair will tear up. Back breaks away staples fall out. Plus with Staples exceptionally poor service you only have 14 days to return. I would not buy this chair (or any "Staples" branded product.

I got this chair for my son for Christmas but he couldn't wait till then to use it as the chair he had was so uncomfortable for sitting at the computer. Haven't heard any complaints from him since so I think he's lovin' it! Great value for a terrific chair!!!

Great chair until mesh loosened on seat

I work from home and got this for my home office because I needed a chair I could sit in 8+ hours a day. Very nice at first. Very supportive very upright--not a chair that encourages slouching. And the price is good considering what you might pay elsewhere for a chair with a comparable design. My only criticism at first was that the neck support sat too low to be effective (it kind of poked me in the shoulders instead of being high enough to cradle the neck) I ran into a big problem after about a year though. The mesh started to loosen or stretch a bit and now it sages a bit in the middle and presses in on my hips and thighs when I sit in it. t's actually screwing up my hips noticeably over the past month. If I'm away from it for the weekend or on day trips the pain starts to go away. Now I have to look at getting a new chair. I don't have a body that should put a lot of strain on the chair (about 5'11'' and 195 pounds in good health). I don't know if I got one that's a little defective or if this has happened to other people. I probably wouldn't get this chair over again but would spend the extra money and get the one that has a solid cushion base.

Comfortable Modern Looking Chair

Purchased chair on Black Friday deal at store. It was the last one and the box was heavily damaged but I purchased it at a discount with assurance I could bring it back if damaged. Assembly was slow but not difficult. Got to last part the headrest and it was missing. (nothing else was damaged or missing) . Went back to store and they replaced the part immediately with no hassle and an apology. Chair is confortable for me and I think it will be cool in summer. Other than the missing headrest I am very satisfied.

Best chair of its unique type BUT.....

I've had several chairs like this. I like the design...the ventilation of the back the headrest and especially in THIS case: Ventilated seat and solid plastic arms. My other chairs had to eventually GO because quite often they use faux leather on the armrests and seat and they just deteriorate disgustingly over time especially if you sit in it a lot which is what I do in front of my PC doing whatever I do watching TV SKYPE email and so on. While THIS ONE turns out to be the best of several I DO have a BEEF with... The headrest is not HEIGHT adjustible....and I am 6'2" tall. My other headrests (and none of this stuff is transferable) WERE height-adjustable and I like that. THIS headrest disappoints as a serious design flaw if you're tall. Another thing about a lot of these chairs is that the hydraulic gas that lifts and lowers the chair gradually runs out air and...you after time find yourself experiencing that...."sinking feeling"...quite annoying.... Hope this helps....
