Try it out in stores before you buy it. It's a unique chair. I enjoy mine. Difficult to assemble??? Nah my wife assembled it without any help in about 20 minutes (I can't recall her ever putting together any other furniture before). If you think this is difficult to assemble I would venture to say that any chair you buy unassembled is going to be "difficult" to assemble. As far as being a cure all for back problems. I'll say it helped mine but not cured them unfortunately. Everything works well on mine and it's been about 6 months since purchase.

good comfortable chair.support your back very well. but after a few days the lines on the seat rips. They use staples to keep the lines on the chair. worry that the staples will completely break.

uncomfortable and hydralics won't work

Very Uncomfortable Chair and while sitting any length of time the chair will lower to the lowest setting. Have to get up and raise it back up. When you leave and come back to sit down it has lowered all the way again. Also the back adjustment will NOT work...it is either all the way up or all the way back. I do not recommend this chair to anyone. It started after having the chair for less than a month. I called the NMB Staples and they were very rude to me and said there was nothing they could do. I just wanted to exchange it for another chair...but NO ! Gave me the number for customer service and can't get someone there after many attempts. We have bought all of our products computer and chairs from Staples but it may be time to change !!!!

Good task chair

We have several of these task chairs in our office and I keep getting asked to order more. This makes me think this is a comfortable office chair for the folks who have them. The price we paid is also a great price. Most of our employees like the higher back and the head rest. The complete and easy adjustability is great for use in areas where people use the same work space at different times. We purchased the same chair over a year ago and it seems to stand up to constant use without breaking down. Good chair!

I searched high and low for a nice chair as I work from home and do lots of computer work. This chair is just what I needed! it supports my posture and also reminds me to help with good posture! We really believe the price and value are good too.
