I work at home on the phone and computer full time. I use this chair 8 hrs a day and need to be comfortable and well supported. I love the mesh because it breaths and helps to keep me cool. I wasn't going to even put the head rest on didn't think I would need it. Turns out I love the head rest certainly an added bonus. This chair is not really designed for a man or a large woman. The seat is not deep nor wide so I feel is designed more for an average size woman. Its perfect for me. I hope the mesh seat holds up time will tell.

after sitting in every single chair on display I decided on this one. While it was not the most comfortable it offered the best mix of comfort support and adjustment. The mesh will go a long way towards staying cool this summer. I don't know about the durability yet but the arms seem pretty strong-that's usually the first part to fail. Best choice for people with a small frame. Putting it together took about 30 minutes but I've assembled so much furniture that I can almost do it blindfolded. Overall excellent value

I'm happy with my purchase of the Hyken Technical Task Chair. It's comfortable enough for long periods of sitting. My only issue with the chair is that you can't control the lumbar support. It only moves about an inch or two up or down. I would have liked control of moving the lumbar support in and out too. Other than that so far so good. But I've only had the chair for about a week so far.

This chair is comfortable to use. It has adjustments for seat height armrest height headrest position and tiltback limit. The armrests can be installed to allow for narrow or spacious seat requirements. It was fairly simple to assemble (it took around 30-40 minutes) and thankfully had all its pieces. The web mesh design makes it cool to use (I'm talking about temperature here but I suppose it looks pretty cool too). It does not have padding so if you are used to big cushy executive-type desk chairs this would be quite a change for you. Overall the chair seems like a good value for it's price.
