Great support but seat is weird

This chair is very comfortable. It adjusts easily and was very simple to assemble. It ultimately had to be returned though. The seat cut into my legs and made them swell and cut off the circulation. I tried a number of ways to adjust it and just could not sit in it. I typically sit for 8 - 10 hours per day when I work and had hopes that this would be that answer. The mesh was cool and comfortable but the seat just tips forward in a weird way. I could not get comfortable and my back was in agony after just three days. I had to go out and return it very quickly. If the seat pad could be adjusted this would be the perfect chair.

Surprisingly Comfortable Chair

I've sat in many mesh chairs and most times they are uncomfortable. This chair is definitely the exception. It's base is comfortable and the lumbar support feels great. I'm short so I like the fact that I could adjusted the back in closer to the seat (during assembly). This way when I'm sitting with my feet on the floor my back is still in a straight vertical position. And it doesn't feel like the seat is cutting into the backs of my legs. I rarely find that in an office/task chair. Love it!

We ordered 4 of these chairs for our office and everyone seemed to like them. One of the chairs did come in with a couple broken pieces but I called Staples and they sent us a new one the following day. We have only had the chairs a couple of weeks but so far we have had no issues. The chairs look very stylish. We got them while Staples was running a sale so we got them for a very reasonable price and they are definitely worth the money. The neck support piece does look a little funny but the workers that use it seem to think that is helps.

Very comfortable chair with several easy to use adjustments for different heights level of tension etc. As good as several other much more expensive chairs I considered

Love the chair. It is so comfortable that when I do have to spend long hours at a time without getting up I still feel comfortable. Well worth the investment.

Original reaction very BAD almost returned it. The parts bag for step 3 part A was empty. After considerable time waste found the screws in the bag marked Part E. Having said that and finally assembling -- the chair is Great !

Hyken mesh chair

This chair is extremely comfortable and very easy to put together. I am quite challenged with products involving assembly and always rely on my husband. But I was able to put this together by myself in 1/2 hour. Others have mentioned that the sticker shows (and it does). But it is fairly simple to remove with mineral oil. But after it was assembled and while I was rubbing off the sticker I noticed a crack in the plastic at the back of the chair. I removed the back of the chair and swapped it out at the store for another one which was fine. The exchange was quick and easy. Other than this inconvenience the chair is well worth it.
