unquestionably supportive yet useless headrest

The chair is superior in all aspects except for the headrest. I'm 5'1 so I was able to comfortably sit with the headrest attached however my son and husband are over 5'7 and the headrest hit into their shoulders while tilting back. It was a very uncomfortable fit for them so we removed it and the chair is fine. I would not recommend this chair to a husky person because the space between the arm rests is kind of on the narrow side.

Comfy chair

I needed a chair for my home office and this one is great. Don't know how it was to set up because my wonderful husband took care of that. The only thing I don't like is the headrest but I don't like headrests anyway. We decided not to put it on the chair and I'm very happy with it.

Love it. It's comfortable and because it is mesh and feels lighter it doesn't overwhelm my tiny apartment.
