Packaging

I really like the product but the way it was packaged has lot to be asked. It is my 5th or 6th order from Staples and every single one was terribly packaged. Thankfully the chair wasn't damaged. I'd suggest for someone in your company to examine the way the shipment is done packaging in particular. In the past I had couple of ordered items damaged however the headache involved in returning it was not worth the effort.

Very comfortable for all day computer work. Mesh is comfortable and back support super. Ordered a second for coworker after trying for 2 days. Replaced a leather manager chairs....much better!

Wonderfully Comfortable Chair But...

The chair is very comfortable and rolls with ease. However the [and I'll call them] mar guards on the legs (the plastic covers which prevent damage if the leg[s] bump into other furniture) keep coming off. They are held on with screws and I'm wondering if they were stripped out during assembly at the factory. I think I'm just going to lay down a silicon (caulking) bead and hopefully they will stay put.

If you are in need of a chair that is a little higher than the regular desk chair this is it! My desk is one inch higher than standard desks and I could not find a chair that was tall enough. This one is and it sits great too. I sit at the computer all day and the breathability of this chair is incredible. No sweaty back or cloths stuck to you when you get up after a long sit.

I recently purchased a Hyken Technical Mesh Chair and I absolutely love it! It fits to my back perfectly and the spring loaded chair back keeps my back supported even when I'm sitting upright. I suffer from chronic back pain constantly but I haven't had any back pain from sitting since I bought this chair. The mesh seat is very comfortable and the airflow through the mesh keeps me from sweating. The only problem I have now is with my assistant I'll have to buy her one too in order to keep her from stealing mine every time I step out of the office.
