Headrest is a pain in the back

The chair must have been designed for short people. I am NOT a tall person (5'9"). The bottom portion of the headrest presses into my back and no amount of adjustment eliminates this issue. I will be forced to either modify the set-up or just remove the headrest entirely. The chair itself is fairly comfortable and adjustable or i would have given a single star rating.

This chair is the best built office chair I have ever purchased. You can tell Union & Scale pay attention to detail. From the moment you open the box. Even the box is heavy duty. All the parts are very heavy duty. The assembly is a breeze and every step has a labeled package. I now have 2 of the chairs and love the rocking feature. I would highly recommend this chair.

I have been trying to make every adjustment possible to this chair over the past month to ease the back pain it is causing. Nothing helps. I can stand it for about an hour and then it becomes unbearable. Big mistake by me to make an impulse purchase.

This chair offers the most bang for the buck of any office chair I’ve ever had or tested. This is actually my 2nd purchase of this same chair. My girlfriend wanted to share my original chair since she didn’t like her own. Nope! I let her have it and bought the same exact chair after testing more expensive potential replacements. Those chairs weren’t worth it. This one is. Now we have two.
