Love the chair it is great the headrest is a little too forward but great when I am sitting for long periods. Would definitely recommend it!

A great office chair

We tried out several chairs on-site at Staples before deciding on this particular chair. It has great lumbar support and the mesh provides a comfortable seat even in warmer climes. Whether you are focused on spreadsheets or sitting back watching on-line videos this is a fantastic chair for the money.

Flexible for your needs.

The Hyken chair offers a large amount of customization. The mesh style seat for me is very supportive. The chair tilts and can lock in place which many chairs do not offer and it does so with ease. The head/neck rest is fantastic as many office chairs don't give any support for your head/neck if you are anywhere above 5'10". The only thing that I dislike about this chair is the arm rests. The armrests are adjustable in height but they material itself has very little give (no real padding/cushion) and can feel a bit uncomfortable to the arms after longer periods of use.

I bought this chair on sale to replace a chair I've been using for years. It fits great -- with multiple adjustment capabilities to tailor it to your body. A little bit of a pain to put together. But love the firmness breathability and lumbar support.

Uncomfortable to say the least

As the title states. the chair appears to be of sound materials and structure. But that is where is stops. This metal contraption is one of the most uncomfortable things I have ever sat in. Not at all like the ones at my home office. My bad for not going to the store and checking it out for myself. oh well live and learn.

Excellent chair very comfortable breathable

My home office is located in the hottest room of our home so I was looking for the most breathable / least hot chair I could find and this fits the bill. Additionally I have to use this chair at 2 different levels of the desk for home and business computers and this is excellent for that. I find the mesh to be very comfortable the support to be very good and building the chair was very easy.
