Chair came with easy to read instructions. All parts were accounted for and color coded. Total time to unpack verify all parts and assembly - 30 minutes. Have used the chair now for two weeks since purchasing - no problems. Well constructed chair is comfortable and provides good lower back support. Purchased the chair on sale - a good buy for the price.

This chair is perfect for a home office or a business chiefly because you can sit in it for many hours without your back becoming stiff or fatigued. It is supportive from the lower back region up to your neck with the head rest providing an extra measure of comfort. Great product - great price on sale.
