Why does everyone think this chair is comfortable?

This chair isn't comfortable at all. The bottom seat is just a rubber screen stretched across a plastic frame. Same deal for the backrest. The "lumbar support" piece digs into your back. I returned this the day after I got it. I do not recommend it if you plan to use it for long periods.
I bought this chair for my home office and I absolutely love it! I have low back pain and need to have a good lumbar support. This chair is it for me. Sometimes I go sit in it when I'm not working just because it provides relief for my back. It's also great to have adjustments for the arms seatback backwards and forwards as well as up and down. My husband put it together and said it was really easy because of the way they labeled all the parts. Highly recommend!
This chair is not as adjustable as I expected. The head rest as only two positions forward and back not up and down. The back is either up or back and cannot be locked into positions in between. The upright was too upright for my comfort. The arms are too narrow to comfortably use a laptop on my lap. I had to return it and regret the wasted time spent assembling it.
Look good but feels horrible to sit in after 5 minutes.

Bad design. Seat is narrow and doesn't support properly. This results in your body being angled poorly which leads to lower back strain. The headrest is alos worthless as it's entirely to far forward and cannot be adjusted to a better position. Overall bad product.
