A little uncomfortable for long use. Gave the chair to my husband he hardly sits in one I'd use it more than 6 hours per day. Not comfy enough for that.

LOVE THIS CHAIR!

My previous big box department store chair failed in the spring. The pneumatic dohicky that raises and lowers the chair lost pressure and would gradually drop me to an almost squat position. (I'm 5'9" with a 32" inseam.....comical) I have been making due with pillows on the seat to raise me up while waiting for a chair sale (I'm selectively frugal). I looked at this chair in the spring right after a sale at Staples and was told they would be back on sale for back-to-school. I waited. Sore neck sore shoulders sore back.....but I waited. I work at home for a large Fortune 50 company and we are required to provide our own office furniture (as it should be) and I am sold now on the fact that just any old chair won't do. I ordered the chair late on Friday and it arrived right on time on Monday. Assembly was easy with the labeled and sorted bolts and included an Allen wrench. I love the head-rest and the recline feature for a quick stretch or an insufferably boring conference call. I am back to sitting above my keyboard as I should be for a proper ergonomic keyboarding position. I am a happy camper.

I purchased this chair after sitting in the display at the store. I was initially so pleased I ordered second chair for a co-worker. I thought it would be perfect but after sitting in it for only 1 day at my office it cut off the circulation behind my knees and I had lingering discomfort for several days after. The seat has no cushion and the metal frame pressed into my legs.

Very comfortable love the lower back support and the headrest. My only issue is I wish the arm rests would adjust lower than they do. They get in the way of my keyboard tray but over all this is an excellent quality chair for the price.
