purchased four of these for a small office conference room - very happy with them - good value for price. left the headrests off - would like to have had something to fill the holes but otherwise perfect...

Great with one issue...

I love my new chair. It is comfortable but I purchased it because of the breathability and the neck rest. My former chair was also from Staples. It was a cushioned fabric type chair on wheels and I was always hot which was uncomfortable. The only thing that doesn't work well is the neck support. It was considerably more expensive purchasing this chair with neck support instead of another similar style without the neck support. One of us is 6'2" and the other averge height 5'4". It doesn't adjust enough for the tall person to be comfortable. I know the chair can be returned but after putting it together and facing the hauling and putting it together again it takes more time than I can spare.
