Great with one issue...

I love my new chair. It is comfortable but I purchased it because of the breathability and the neck rest. My former chair was also from Staples. It was a cushioned fabric type chair on wheels and I was always hot which was uncomfortable. The only thing that doesn't work well is the neck support. It was considerably more expensive purchasing this chair with neck support instead of another similar style without the neck support. One of us is 6'2" and the other averge height 5'4". It doesn't adjust enough for the tall person to be comfortable. I know the chair can be returned but after putting it together and facing the hauling and putting it together again it takes more time than I can spare.

Chair appeared to have been repackaged. Parts were not neatly placed but had it was packed in rush and box sealed. Nevertheless no parts missing. Chair easy to assemble and finish product looks good and is very comfortable to sit in. Back and neck rest ideal for support.

The chair is comfortable rolls smoothly and was easy to assemble. Only minor issue is the neck rest it should be adjustable as it is too low for me to really use unless I'm leaning way back in the chair which I never do. So I just don't use it and didn't have one on my previous chair so I'm not losing anything but it would have been nice to use if I wanted.

The chair is quite comfortable --- I particularly like the mesh as it seems more comfortable than a solid seat... I have had for almost two weeks and I cannot identify any issues with it!!
