A comfortable flexible chair for your home office

You get what you pay for. The stylish elements look a bit cheap and plastic because they are. It's a pain to assemble but has great back support design and flexibility to recline with a head rest and has adjustable height incline and lumbar features. Great value and durable functionality but you won't impress anybody but your own bottom-line.

Chair is not as sturdy as it was in the store

My recommendation would be to have Staples put the chair together. It's worth the extra money. I have tightened every last thing I can and the chair is still wobbly.

Fantastic chair!

I had my eye on this chair for a while but the price was a deterrent. I work from home so I sit in the same chair for nearly 11 hours a day so I finally decided how miserable I was with my other chair was simply no longer worth it. To my surprise it was on sale so I greedily snatched it up. Now that I've had it for a few hours I cannot understate how much I love it. It was easy to put together delivery was astonishingly fast but most of all: I would have paid full price for this chair. It gives back and neck support in all the right places. I can already feel my body relaxing while sitting in it; clearly appreciating the support. The headrest is at the perfect height for me and the fact you can enable the back portion to tilt back to stretch out a bit is heaven. Don't be fooled by the overstuffed "executive" chairs if you sit for long periods of time. This is perfect.

Bought a 2nd for a Christmas present

I have sat in an office chair for about 45 years and this is the best I have ever had. I have had this chair for over a year and still love it. You don't sweat in this chair. The mesh is fantastic. Also the bottom mesh is firm yet flexes to your bottom and there is no bottoming out like other chairs. I can sit in this chair all day without fatigue. The head rest is also a big plus. I have been known to doze off for a few minutes for a power nap once in a while and the head rest works great. My dad is 87 and still a pastor. His old office chair is unbelievably bad so I purchased my 2nd chair for his Christmas present.

Save box for assembly

Save the box as a jig to assemble your chair. The box arrived all banged up. Fortunately all the parts are taped to large objects inside so nothing got left behind even with the broken box. Get a 10mm long socket and a real hex key to do the job. The included tool will never be able to torque the chair together. Nice try but let's be real about that. The threads are really rough. Care and force are needed to make it work. The head piece take some jiggling to fit the bolt into the hole. Initially I thought it would never line up. It's a bit narrower than the "designer dotcom" chair pivot in the conventional mid axis so you want help bouncing out the chair is not possible. It is heavy but overall an excellent value for what it brings. The only grip would be the really hard legs that is a bit bulky and sharp on the edges. The upper portion of the chair is solid vinyl and the bottom is metal also solid. Didn't roll it down a slope yet so can't comment on the wheel but definitely I can tell it has no off road capability (stay on the mat).
