The chair is great but my torso is longer so it would be a perfect chair if the neck rest would have another feature to adjust it's height not just the 3 positions. My neck is still hurting so not sure if keeping the chair.

Enjoy the chair - has good support However still trying to find out if the seat adjusts to extend to the knees . This would be a big help.
