happy until had to install headrest. guide holes misaligned with mounts on chair. had to drill out guide holes.

Very pleased with chair extremely comfortable. Only complaint was box arrived nearly destroyed. However contentscontents were fine. Very pleased with product.

Love it. I've always used the highback leather type but this one is much more comfortable. The jury is still out on the headrest but I may remove it.

HEADREST of DISTRESS?

Nothing wrong with the chair in general as office chairs to. It does not give off the scent of being a quality product but rather one that was designed to sell at a low price - which it did! Feels like cheap plastic. Not very comfortable but then . . . if you're working at your computer the discomfort of the chair forces you to take a break from time to time. That's good! However that headrest is a killer for me. Guess I'm the wrong height for the two (2) headrest positions. Neither position is of use to me and I've removed the headrest completely. I'll give it a generous 3-star for now and keep the chair for awhile. Advice: Spend a few dollars more and get the value you pay for. Cheap price translates into cheap quality in my mind.
