This chair was easy to assemble (and the one and only tool needed was provided in box). This chair is very comfortable and provides great back arms and neck support. The "mesh" is just what the doctor ordered (i.e. my bottom and back no longer get hot and sweaty). Love It!

The chair is comfortable and fits well now. However I had to remove the headrest as it was too high for me and was annoying but could not be adjusted. It took a serious search to find the right tool to remove the headrest!

Slightly Above Average Office Chair

Would have given it 4 starts but its a little small for me but not the chairs fault. That being said its not a big chair so does not provide adequate seat width and length for a person 5'10" plus. 1st couple of days the mesh seat felt a little to firm which reminded me of leather chairs that wear down quick and loose their padded feel. Only been using it for a week now but getting accustomed to it . So far so good.

The seat is comfortable headrest not so comfortable if youre tall. The headrest tilts however has no height adjustment. At times it feels like youre wearing a neckbrace because its not height adjustable. The wheels are smooth and the adjustable lower back support works very well. The adjustable arm rests are usefule and are of a hard rubber not soft at all. I would recommend this chair to some but not all people. I suggest you try in store and play around with all the adjustmens to see if its a good fit for you.

Good chair for the price. Seat is a title small and I'm a tiny person so wouldn't suggest for anyone over 5'6". Head unit looks funny but is easy enough to remove.

Really outstanding chair - fantastic value for the money!

Recently purchased this as a Christmas gift and we couldn't be more pleased. This chair is VERY heavy and sturdy and not the junk you see out there similarly priced. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and will be purchasing another for our home office. I'm also recommending these to my employer.
