This chair is truly ergonomic and provides instant relief for my compression-sore back. Sadly that will allow me to sit longer (which I do too much for work!)
Everyone loves this chair it is very comfortable and like the headrest. Turned the arms around the other way it feels better and can rest our arms on it better this way.. A great buy! The store employee loaded it in my car for me customer service is so important
Headrest DOES adjust 2 ways: angle and height just very limited range for the height adjustment

I made a 2 minute clip showing how the headrest can be adjusted not just with it's angle but also up & down. I also show the back side of the headrest with the pivot points the detents etc. Hope this helps put to rest any talk of the headrest being non-adjustable re: it's height. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AZGn7clGKKg&feature=youtu.be 2.5 months and I still have no regrets selling my Aeron and getting this Hyken. No it's not in the same class nor as luxurious with it's plastic and not-so soft mesh vs the Aeron. But where else is there a mesh seat bottom plus headrest for anywhere near this price range? Thought it was just the angle [3 to choose from] but it also raises/lowers in 3 small increments independently of the angle. Of these possible combinations Top height and middle angle is the only way to be comfortable while sitting upright. Reclining back a couple more combinations work. I'm 5'10" 195 lbs and yes it bumps into my shoulders in all but one of the configurations. NOTE: Most task chairs do not come with head rests or a seat back high enough for heads to lean on while sitting upright. So expectations should be inline with what is usual and customary in a 'task' chair. Simply uninstall the head rest and you're left with a low priced task chair with a mesh back and seat bottom. Hard to find a better deal on a chair with a mesh seat bottom. I sold my Herman Miller Aeron size C [biggest] after trying out the Hyken in-store. No regrets! Just hope the mesh holds up. [I could also stand to lose a few pounds...] 5 year warranty on this Hyken is comforting.
After trying and returning several desk chairs this one really surprised me as to how comfortable it is! I had the headrest removed (which was really awkward and uncomfortable in a typical sitting position) and that made it perfect! My back has definitely noticed the improvement after a day's work. (And an extra bonus was the special discount!)
Good value good look a couple of things to know...

Since we purchased this chair on sale at a substantial savings it could be considered a very good value. Two things to note: First this is a narrow chair with the included armrests. Of course these can be removed easily but if you have a tendency to "fill out" an office chair this chair may not be for you. It is not a problem in our office but a larger person could feel too snug during a long work day. The second thing is specific to the overall finish quality. Though for he most part the fit and finish of the chair is good the underside of the armrests are strangely unfinished to the touch. This is not to say it was forgotten but rather not attended to. It is more a tactile issue that is created by this lack of detail. As such each time you wrap your fingers around the bottom of the armrests there is an odd rough transition between the sides and bottom that feels as if someone forgot to trim off the excess material.
A quick sit in the showroom made me think this chair would be comfortable but not so. Assembly was pretty simple no issues there. Big issue with the Do Not Remove labels plastered all under the bottom and around to the sides of the frame. Not to be removed until sold...OK but when I buy it and remove them they leave their entire white adhesive backing on the black chair frame in plain view. If I was keeping the chair I would have to get a solvent out to remove the residue. The chair is well constructed but for someone my size (5'6") the front edge of the chair cuts into my thighs and very quickly gave me pain down both legs. I spent a few hours on it just to be certain but it is going back to the store.
Assembly was less than simple but got it done. If you're tall this may not be the chair for you - I'm 5' 10" and it barely goes high enough for me - I would actually prefer it to be 2-3 inches higher. It's comfortable though and looks sharp. 4 stars - not 5 - if it were higher I would probably give it 5 stars.
