Packaging was horrible I found sunflower seeds in the chair before assembling. The chair is amazing if you have to sit in it for over 8hrs.

I've only had it a week but so far I am in love with this chair. I am petite and have occasional sciatica (numbness pain) in my left leg so it has been very challenging to find a chair that is really comfortable over long periods of time. This one so far is great! Everything (back tilt lower back support seat height arm positioning) is adjustable and the back gives me great support. I like that the seat comes up higher than many other chairs so I don't feel like a small child at my desk but am actually up high enough. I didn't install the headrest so can't comment on that. I did struggle a bit putting it together at first - after getting help from my husband it took around 30 minutes.

one of the better task chairs I have ever owned or used. keeps from sitting for a long time which you are not supposed to do!
