Good support and comfort

Waited for product to go on sale but I think even at the original price quite a good deal good support especially back and head very comfortable. Have noticed a difference from my old chair in neck and back pain by end of the day much less.

This chair is extremely comfortable. I am at my desk for about 8 hours a day. I would get pain in my shoulders and lower back daily with my other chair but not this one! My one recommendation for a short person (I am 5'2) is to not attach the top head rest. Being short it doesn't work how it is supoosed to for me but I can't take stars off for me being too small for that aspect of the chair.

Good chair for the price but bottle of Goo Gone should be included

I'm sitting in my new chair typing this review. I've had it for about 4 days. So far so good. We bought 2 of these chairs for our offices. Even though I swore years ago that I'd never use an Allen wrench again I caved because of the price and assembled these fairly quickly. It took about a half hour each. You may want to use a cordless drill with Allen bit though because thumbs get sore. The chair is pretty comfortable for both of us: I'm 5'5" and my beau is 6' 1". We ended up removing the head rest -- it pushed our heads forward too much. And we slid the back of the chair back as far as it could go because the closer setting felt like it was too upright/forward. My only gripe -- the factory idiotically put big white stickers all over the base and back. Not sure what they were thinking as they were all visible when assembled. Peeling them off left a residue so I needed to clean them off with Goo Gone which thankfully worked.

Great Chair

I was having some ergonomic issues with the chair I inherited with my new job. After 7 months of these issues progressively getting worse I decided I needed to get a new chair. Within days I noticed a difference. I highly recommend this chair. Great price too!

Purchased last week still trying to see if is what I want. I asked the lady if I was not satisfied would staples take back but the only thing I didn't like was I paid $15 to have it put together and that want reimburse this. The back seems fine since I have back problems but the seat seems a little hard after sitting a while. Still on the fence.

Good Bargain but not perfect!

I bought this chair to replace my everyday office chair issued by my employer. I find the mesh very comfortable and conforming to the lower body and appreciate the back support. However the backside of the chair is short for someone of 6 ft. such as myself; I wish the headrest was higher. The chair comes in a box that is a little heavy but can be carried. I built the chair in 25 minutes and all the tools came within the box.
