Easy to assemble mesh is comfortable. Tilt-back lock could have a finer settings but it's OK.

At 6 feet tall the headrest was too short to be comfortable for me at any angle so I left it off. I like the chair otherwise. The only other issue I had was that one of the wheels was manufactured wrong and was incredibly difficult to insert into the chair base.
