I recently purchased an office chair from Staples and I must say it's incredibly comfortable. The person at Staples who assembled the chair did an amazing job making it sturdy and reliable. I'm delighted with the overall quality and service I received.

Seat sits high at the knees aggravating my back. A tilt option might have helped.

This is my 2nd Union chair - solidly built and everything works well except I wish for a locking mechanism on the five rollers.
