like the chair comfortable a bit to forward on the back it doesn't seem to have a way to adjust but once you sit and lean back it feels like heaven and the lumbar feels great to have....enlightme1

Very bad design on the base

Within a month of use the pins that are stapled to the base mesh came off.. never buy it.

The chair is comfortable and works well for someone with short legs. I can adjust the chair to fit comfortably against my back. No need for pillows plus the chair can be adjusted vertically with a downward setting where my feet can touch the floor. I like the waterfall seat as well since it doesnt put pressure on one spot on the back of the thigh which makes it easier to sit for longer periods. it's a good value for the features and the delivery was quick and hasslefree. Thank you.

Quite disappointing.

This is a good looking chair but looks are only surface deep. The only adjustments that work well are 'seat height' and 'arm height.' 'Back tilt' has only three positions (all uncomfortable for me) and 'tilt tension' doesn't work at all. The lumbar support adjustment is childish. The seat itself is too narrow and very uncomfortable. I gave this one to my wife to use in her craft room. I'll look elsewhere for a true office chair.

Easy to assemble. Mesh fabric has some give for comfortability. Back and neck support are an added bonus. .

This chair is good but not great because part of the seat is built too far towards the back creating the back of the thigh pinching effect

great chair for the money!

My daughter visited recently and used my home office; and suggested that I replace my office chair with this one which she uses at her home office. It's made a big difference in my comfort while working. It offers good lumbar and total back support a nice head rest a springy seat adjustable height and good arm rests. I had been getting up after working at my desk for a few hours with a sore lower back stiff neck and general crankiness. I have not experienced those problems with this chair! My husband assembled it for me and said that the assembly wasn't bad: the instructions are clear. I am 5'3" and a reasonably fit 60 year-old woman. My daughter is taller and 38. We both work from home so we spend significant time in this chair. We both bought the chair on sale with a $100 discount. I really don't think you can do better for that price.

Comfortable chair

This is a very comfortable chair. The locking recline function allows for very good position when typing and a relaxing position for just reading a book.The Assembly instructions are outstanding making it very easy to set up.
