Hyken Mesh Chair

This is the second batch of chairs we have purchased for the office. The Hyken mesh chairs are comfortable durable and a great value. And--we Love the Red!!! The only problem we've found with these Hyken chairs is the headrest does not fit tall people.

After the Sale Service on Hyken Model: 23481

After using this chair for 5 years I called the service department toll free number to order new arm rests. The material had worn out and needed to be replaced. To my shock I was informed that this chair has a 7 year warranty! They are shipping the parts at no charge to me. The chair itself has been a delight. The mesh is supportive but doesn't trap heat during long sessions on the computer. The arm rests are adjustable and the headrest is also! At this price point it is hard to justify buying anything else!

This chair is very comfortable provides good back support and is a good buy from Staples. It was remarkably easy to assemble with the screws even being separated to correspond with each step of assembly. It was the clearest easiest assembly I have seen.
