Love this chair!

I've been using this chair for about 2 weeks now. It is very comfortable and stylish in red. I can't comment on assembling it as I paid Staples a small fee to build it. They (Staples in Roseville) did a fantastic job! If you do the same make sure you get the owner's manual because it has the warranty info.

No complaints here at all! Arrived on time as promised and all the parts were there and put it together in less than 30 minutes. Also got a $20 additional discount at Staples after our initial purchase as the Hyken went on sale.

Good chair for the money

Compact yet supportive. A plastic piece was cracked when the box arrived but fairly sure it is just a cover and not integral to the chair. When sitting for very long hours the brace under my thigh gets a bit uncomfortable but I love learning back in it especially with the head support piece.

Excellent quality and so comfortable customer support team ErLinda was very helpful & we only had to call her twice. Can't say enough nice things about how wonderful this chair is. I would like to add that Sam at Staples in Dallas TX on Belt Line Rd. was very knowledgeable & really sold us on the chair. Thanks Staples!!
